Jim Dye has an extensive business career path including more than twenty eight years as a business owner, business broker and owner of a business brokerage firm. Mr. Dye has been a designated real estate broker for over ten years. After having held several upper management engineering and sales position at a Fortune 500 firm, Mr. Dye successfully owned and ran a number of his own businesses; including the southwest master franchise of a national business brokerage company and a radio & instrument shop which provided sales and service to the general aviation industry.

Mr. Dye executed the launch and curriculum for the twenty four hour comprehensive Business Broker education program that is offered exclusively at the Arizona School of Real Estate & Business in Scottsdale, Arizona. He also serves as an instructor of these courses.

In addition to course work at the University of Arizona, Mr. Dye did post graduate work in Business at the University of Wisconsin. Mr. Dye holds an Electronics Technology Degree from Denver University; where he also taught the full Electronic Technology Degree Program. He also taught for several years at Long Beach City College after moving to California.

Mr. Dye is an active member of International Business Brokers Association and the Arizona Business Broker Association where he currently is in his second term as President of the organization.
