Linda Forzani

Innovative NYC entrepreneur and successful business owner decided to join her family in Arizona in 1993. With a degree from UCLA and advanced marketing training at Columbia University she began her business career as a Marketing Manager with an international corporation in NYC. After experiencing the rewards and limitations of a career in corporate America she left and ventured into the world of small business. For twelve years Linda gained firsthand knowledge and experience building and managing and then ultimately selling her own eight businesses in NYC. She believed her firsthand experience coupled with the right training would give her the skills and understanding needed to assist other business owners when the time was right for them. She listed fifteen businesses and was invited to be part of the Arizona Business Brokers Association. She began her career as a professional business broker in Arizona over ten years ago. She has successfully negotiated and completed sales of many different types of business from small home-based service businesses to multi-million dollar 1031 exchanges involving five different businesses simultaneously. She enjoys working with forward thinking people - whether they are buying or selling - so they will feel comfortable with the process and ultimately reach decisions that make them happy. She enjoys the trust and respect of her colleagues in the Valley Board as well as the clients she represents.
